To install a new version of TeX: Access [tex, sys].
1. Easy case, only PLAIN changes.
	do tex
and then SSAVE when it tells you to.
	do tex(2)
and then type Y when it tells you to.

2. Harder case, a bug in TeX has been fixed.
Change the version number in TEX.CH and INITEX.CH; do tex(3)
then rename the xxxLNK.DMP file as INITEX.DMP.
Then do tex(4) and tex(5).
This leaves you editing tex.new; exit from the editor and do tex(6).
This compiles and loads; but it will leave you with a file xxxLNK.DMP.
	ren hitex.dmp←xxxLNK.DMP
so that the upper segment gets a more aesthetic name. Then
	get hitex 460
or some sufficiently high number, to get around another LINK bug! (We seem
to need 3 or 4 pages more than get says are needed.) Then
	ssave tex82
and	do tex(7)
and SSAVE when told. This leaves you with tex82.dmp[tex,sys] that you can
test for validity. Finally you should move the new initex.dmp and tex82.dmp
to the system area and delete a bunch of files like HITEX.DMP and INITEX.PSC
and INITEX.REL and TEX.REL [but not TEX.PSC!]. Finally, run kilphn.
